- PAN Card of the applicant (individual, company, or LLP)
- Aadhaar Card or Certificate of Incorporation

- MSME / Udyam Registration Certificate (for 50% fee concession)

Application Filing
We prepare and file the trademark application (Form TM-A) on the IP India portal. You receive the application number immediately.
Examination & Publication
The Trade Marks Registry examines the application (typically within 12–18 months) and publishes it in the Trademark Journal for 4 months for public opposition.
Registration Certificate
If no opposition is filed, the trademark is registered and a Registration Certificate is issued. The mark is valid for 10 years from the filing date.
